$100,000 - $120,000 per year. You are eligible to a Short-Term Incentive Plan with the target at 10% of your annual earnings, terms and conditions apply.
Marketing Manager: Oncology (Remote, USA or Hybrid-Aliso Viejo, CA)
Job Overview:
This role will be responsible for coordinating the planning and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives for Ambry Genetics. This role will oversee all aspects of the programs submitted as project requests, from brainstorming the vision to final approval of content and deliverables, and deployment of communications and media campaigns. This role will collaborate with a wide variety of partners (creative services, web, corporate communications, events, and external agencies) to deliver the tactical assets to support these plans.
Essential Functions:
Develop strategic marketing campaigns to help achieve business resultsEnsure that plans and messaging are aligned with business strategy, reinforce brand positioning, and are delivered effectively to targeted audiencesDesign and deliver scalable marketing programs and campaigns that provide value-added content that is suited to business needs as well as interestsSupport integrated marketing and communications across a variety of channels and vehicles– internal, external, PR, digital, social, web, etc.Act as a brand champion both internally and externally and ensuring full compliance with the brand guidelines and messaging across all solutions and all subsidiariesCollaborate across companies and teams to develop key messages for campaigns, programs, and content syndication including thought leadership, market reports, surveys, and client success storiesCollaborate with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of strategic marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on resultsEnsure that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholdersKeep up to date with market developments and competitor strategiesOther duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years professional marketing experience in a high-tech industryExperience managing marketing program execution from strategic collaboration through completion of tacticsExperience with project management or workflow systemsA proven ability to communicate effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Executive Management, and work comfortably in a highly-matrixed corporate environmentAbility to understand business strategies and prioritize activities appropriately.Must be able to handle a high volume of projects, under tight deadlines, working autonomously.Able to work in a highly matrixed environment and effectively navigate systems/processes.Resourceful in solving problems.Great teammate with excellent people skills and written / verbal communication.Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.Self-motivated, engaged, and accountable. Has the ability to manage multiple workloads and prioritize requests to meet deadlinesPreferred:
Life Sciences industry experience preferred

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
