ROLE SUMMARY

The Precision Medicine (PM) Account Marketing Role will be responsible for developing and executing on account strategies for the entire PM portfolio as well support late stage pipeline assets.

The Director, US PM Account marketing position will lead marketing strategy specifically focused on organized providers and key accounts (i.e. IDNs, GPOs, community etc). This position will play a critical role in assessing and analyzing account-specific business trends and developing innovative approaches and solutions focused on decreasing barriers at the account level and increasing the quality of care in the US. This position requires strong strategic and analytical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills, and agility to learn and work across multiple stakeholders including the Key Account Management teams, brand teams and the Field Sales teams. This individual needs to manage multiple priorities with multiple brands, have attention to detail, collaborate across the enterprise, and learn from and improve upon existing processes or develop/implement new processes, where appropriate.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead key account PM portfolio strategy that addresses the key issues and opportunities across a growing portfolio

Assist the US PM Franchise Lead in the development and refinement of the overarching US PM Franchise strategy and annual operating plan

Partner closely with KAM Leadership, Brand Marketing to develop and execute annual PM KAM Plans of action

Develop and prioritize key initiatives to create clear and compelling brand differentiation and to bolster brand value proposition to account customers

Lead holistic account strategy and execution: aligning provider, GPO and guidelines/pathways access information to uncover key opportunities to grow/defend current market leadership and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to pilot innovative solutions/ action plan accordingly

Lead contracting strategy and execution across IDNs and GPOs

Lead performance reporting, prepare monthly briefing packages for senior leadership to provide updates on performance, key performance indicators, brand priorities, and key opportunities and threats across the PM cancer portfolio

Work with cross-functional pipeline teams to support provider account needs for late state PM cancer pipeline assets.

Identify new and emerging opportunities to grow/defend current market leadership and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to pilot innovative solutions/ action plan accordingly

Lead performance reporting, prepare monthly briefing packages for senior leadership to provide updates on performance, key performance indicators, brand priorities, and key opportunities and threats

QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of diverse commercial experiences in the pharmaceutical industry: Account marketing, inline and pipeline marketing, market analytics, franchise and corporate strategy, customer and account management

BS Degree required plus 10 years' experience, or MBA/Master's Degree plus 8 years' experience preferred

Strong understanding of the US Account environment for Oncology

Ability to drive change and deal with uncertainty, proven experience in delivering creative approaches to solve issues, and track record of working collaboratively with challenging deadlines and high expectations.

Strong written and oral communication skills; able to distill key messages and build compelling communication on complex issues

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Individual will be required to travel on occasion as needed by the business.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
