The Opportunity

This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.

As HCP Integrated Communications Manager within Global Strategic Marketing, you will enhance the effectiveness of our communication strategies by emphasizing the value of our product to people with diabetes. Your contributions will be pivotal in shaping a marketing approach that adapts to evolving industry trends.

You’ll

Work On

Implement marketing plans and ad/promotional materials that represent the value of our brands pre-, during and post-launch to our HCP segments globally.

Lead congress strategy globally, providing expertise on strategic messaging and global tactics in partnership with local lead

Contribute to the development of the annual brand plan, helping to define and implement key areas within the associated tactical plans. Effectively implement all brand strategies to consistently meet or exceed the brand's business goals.

Track and evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives and product introductions, establishing performance metrics.

Acquire a broad understanding of the diabetes landscape and consumer & HCP requirements to inform strategic and tactical decisions.

Manage a repository of key marketing messages, product claims, and promotional collaterals for target HCP segments.

Potential Travel: 10-15%

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with at least 4-6 years related experience, with at least three years of experience in marketing, or MBA degree with 1-3 years of related experience.

Marketing or related experience in medical products or services preferred.

Strong presentation & communication skills, strategic planning, critical thinking and analysis of market conditions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in scientific or related discipline preferred.

Experience working in market insights, product marketing, product management, or technical field roles for medical products.

Experience working in field sales channel or HCP marketing specialized in a B2B2C setting.

Experience working in healthcare setting as medical personnel.

Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent, complex and cross-functional projects.

Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment managing internal stakeholders’ needs.

Detail focused and outcomes oriented.

Extremely thorough with exceptional organizational skills

Strong analytical and technical skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, especially Excel and PowerPoint

The base pay for this position is $109,300.00 – $218,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
