Job Responsibilities :

The Manager, Digital Marketing role plans and executes ecommerce digital marketing programs for the Americas region. This position will manage our Media Agencies and develop creative execution via our in-house creative team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Strategically plan online e-commerce marketing programs to achieve Razer's marketing, sales, and revenue goals.

Drive strategy and execution of mid and bottom-funnel activity to maximize traffic and revenue.

In collaboration with the Razer.com and Global Media Team team support full funnel campaigns, ROI-bottom funnel campaigns, and social media.

Evaluate and drive qualitative KPIs through continuous improvement and optimization.

Champion digital best practices and KPIs across regions.

Collaborate with marketing team partners and global teams to localize campaign content, asset creation and messaging to achieve business objectives.

Manage marketing and demand gen campaigns.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience managing digital media campaigns

Experience in offline/traditional media planning

Media Agency background or experience managing a media agency

Planned & executed full-funnel campaigns with an emphasis on driving sales revenue

Understanding of appropriate KPI's for each funnel stage

Knowledge of Paid Social, Amazon & SEM strategies, tactics, measurement

Experienced with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics

Strong problem solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly that positively

impact marketing performanceExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask

Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under pressure

Ability to be detailed oriented while seeing trends, themes, and macro-impacts

Strong knowledge base of the overall online and digital marketing realm

Experience in Consumer Tech category (gaming preferred but not required)

Experience in presenting campaign analytics & recommendations to executive team

Salary Ranges (per annum):$107,636.00 - $179,394.00Disclaimer: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
