We are currently seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic Creative & Communications team. If you have a passion for telling stories through visuals and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content for emails, social media, websites, brochures, proposals, and presentations.

Translate complex ideas into visually engaging designs.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

Understand print production, including knowledge of print processes and preparing files for printers.

Be organized and deadline focused.

Pay strong attention to detail.

Stay up to date with design trends and industry best practices.

While construction industry knowledge is preferred, it’s not strictly required.

Requirements:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.

Have 2-5 years of experience.

Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Showcase your design skills through a strong portfolio.

Possess excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
