The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90, the brand marketing division of Endeavor, is seeking an

Senior Account Director

to join a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day servicing of consumer brand clients in the area of entertainment marketing. This role will also support day-to-day operations and growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate has experience in cultural partnerships and entertainment marketing that includes talent partnerships, product integrations, promotional partnerships, account team leadership, as well as a passion for pop culture, lifestyle, and entertainment. You are organized, responsive, detail-oriented, always 'on it', and thrive in a fast, fun, environment. Minimum 12 years' experience is required.

Lead and/or oversee day-to-day client relationship management.Serve as a strategic lead managing work across scoped accounts and short term projects.Lead client relationships to provide business direction, drive strategic recommendations, and grow the business through additional workstreams and expansion of services.Develop and execute entertainment partnership strategies which may include entertainment co-promotions, talent, or broader cultural platforms. This will include every aspect of the lifecycle from initial ideation, deal negotiation and contracting, presentation, execution and measurement.Lead client relationships to provide business direction, drive strategic recommendations, and grow the business through additional workstreams and expansion of services.Leverage existing strong network of relationships across the industry to drive program objectives and client connections.Guide the strategy, planning, coordination, execution and measurement of entertainment marketing work including talent partnerships.Develop and present POVs/recommendations to clients.Support new business pitches, ideation and presentations, and at times lead, new business/client pitches.Provide subject-matter expertise to multiple business units and client teams.Collaborate with colleagues in other divisions across the 160over90/Endeavor network to share learnings and gather upstream intelligence. While the role will have access to every aspect of the company's businesses, success will rely on an ability to foster trusted relationships with executives across the organization.Oversee key account responsibilities including budget tracking and forecasting, operations and internal leadership updates.Support senior department leads in finance, operations and shaping of insights and strategies for the Entertainment Marketing group.Within due time, manage 1-2 team members while mentoring junior team members across Entertainment Marketing.Be an active contributor and leader to the team culture that has been built within the Entertainment Marketing team, 160over90, and Endeavor more broadly.Be a motivational, supportive and accountable people manager in a fast-paced environment.You Have These:

Bachelor's Degree - marketing preferred.12+ years of entertainment marketing experience. Prior talent agency, network or studio experience is required.Established relationships across the entertainment industry.In-depth knowledge of the entertainment industry and content landscape.Knowledge of leading Gen Z-focused content and talent across tv and film.Experience working with brand clients, internal teams and other agency partners.Established relationships across the entertainment industry.Strong account and project management skills and the ability to multitask multiple client requests.Proven ability to lead an account team(s) on multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.Exceptional attention-to-detail and organizational skills, and fully capable of managing and working on multiple projects within tight deadlines.Strong negotiation skills.Team player with a positive attitude.Superior pitching/presentation skills, including ability to develop presentation content and present information.Ability to think strategically and creatively.Strong problem-solve skills.Strong writing skills.Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment.Dependable and proactive.Enthusiastic and driven team member with proactive, hands-on approach and genuine entrepreneurial spirit.Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:$146,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:$195,000 annually
