The Work:

Design for a variety of projects, ranging from a few weeks to a few months in length, under the guidance of a Design Lead.

Work closely with both external and internal cross-functional teams, including other designers, data scientists, and developers.

Establish people-centric strategies for clients, fusing the practices of design and strategy to structure the business impact of design at a strategic, operational, and organizational level.

Participate in quantitative and qualitative research efforts such as conducting interviews or ethnography or analyzing client materials, external literature, analytics, and other data sources.

Contribute to research synthesis, identifying patterns and trends to guide solutioning.

Co-own business design activities, including creating customer personas/mindsets and journey maps, conducting market research/comparative analysis, defining business objectives and success metrics, prioritizing design concepts for implementation, and developing strategic/tactical roadmaps.

Collaborate with team members to plan and facilitate design thinking workshops with stakeholders.

Articulate and defend design decisions when presenting to clients.

Here’s What You Need:

3+ years of experience delivering design solutions for clients, including alignment to business objectives and implementation plans.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Formal training/certifications in design or strategy/business.

Bachelor's Degree.

Bonus Points

Master's Degree.

Familiarity with Agile methodology. Ability to work in iterative product design cycles.

Understanding of various technology platforms that support user experiences (Salesforce, ServiceNow, PEGA, etc.) or Customer Relationship Management (Medallia, Qualtrics, Adobe).

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of

California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia

. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$82,900—$147,800 USD
