by joining our dynamic EMS Marketing team as Marketing Coordinator.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs that enhance the achievement of the portfolio’s performance goals. Duties include assisting in the creation and implementation of action plans around marketing, advertising, leasing, and training. This position is also responsible for website development and graphic support for the full portfolio.

Responsibilities

Work closely with the Marketing Director to provide additional support to underperforming properties by analyzing current traffic and leasing performance, troubleshooting, and identifying factors contributing to the performance.Monitor and report on multi-channel marketing results and recommend adjustments to optimize digital campaigns as necessary, partnering with the Marketing Director, Regional, and agency of record.Monitor online reviews to ensure properties are performing well and make recommendations on needed improvements.Partners with the Marketing Director and property team members to implement creative marketing content and solutions that adhere to marketing guidelines, including the use of advertising, SEO/SEM, video marketing, and marketing leasing technology, while appropriately selecting marketing techniques that fit the property’s resident profile and market conditions.Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Director, Development Team, Regional Managers, community managers, and leasing teams to spearhead content curation in multiple forms of media for property launch, brand awareness, and lease conversion efforts.Lead virtual and in-person marketing training to support property team member learning and development for marketing programs, track and measure performance and results.Support administrative program onboarding and digital account creation, working with marketing vendors and agencies.Collaborates and shares best practices with the marketing team and property team members, supports management division campaigns and initiatives, and is an ambassador for Embrey Management Services.Qualifications

1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in property management.Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.Experience with RentCafe is highly preferred.Experience with Canva & Adobe highly preferred.Practical experience managing SEO, SEM, and paid social media campaigns.Self-starter with a positive mindset - even in times of ambiguity and change.Strong collaborator who adds value to projects and campaigns and sees big-picture marketing.Website Design experience is highly preferred, along with experience in the Yardi platform.High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.Required Testing
