Job Summary:
As the Area Director of Patient Services (Sales/Marketing), you will develop a strong working relationship with attending physicians, hospital case managers and discharge planners via outside sales calls, conversations, education and follow-up. Your efforts should result in meeting or exceeding minimum admission expectations for our centers by increasing referrals, admissions and our referral base.
Requirements
Qualifications:Sales and community relations experience requiredPrevious health care sales experience preferredExcellent presentation skillsOrganizational skills requiredKnowledge of reimbursement programs from payor sources preferredMust have proven skills in working independently; self-motivated, self-directed, goal-directed, and goal orientedFormal sales training preferredMust relate professionally to other employees at all levels of Senior Living PropertiesAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in written formatAbility to establish and maintain working relationships with multiple and various people and organizations externally
