We are looking for a UX designer that can help us improve our client’s product by working with Product managers to imagine new features and to improve existing features.

Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.Overall responsibilities include:Collaborate closely with user research to inform design directionCommunicate design strategy to both internal and external teams; clearly rationalize and justify design work and advocate for users’ needsPartner with UX, PM, and Eng leaders to envision the future of the product’s UXUnderstand business goals and seek to understand product market, competitors, opportunities, and challengesCoach and manage designers to deliver the best work of their careersLead design for different devices and platformsCollaborate with other UX leaders to drive best practices and UX consistency across the organization overallEnsure our experiences and standards are accessibleContribute to the creation of visual and motion design language, standards, and design systems for the customer-facing experienceTop Daily Responsibilities:Independently create interaction design solutions for various projects.Partner with UX, PM, and Eng peers to create design solutions and work through approval processes to get them built.Create design specifications including accessibility standards.Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience5+ years of professional interaction or UX design experienceExperience managing multi-disciplinary teams of visual & motion designers, UX writers, and UX engineersStrong product sensibility, with capability to evangelize and drive key product innovationsExperience designing with accessibility requirements and internationalization standardsStrong written and oral communication skills with the ability to represent and evangelize complex business or technical concepts externally
