Legal Counsel - Content, AI/ML, and Non-Patent IP Litigation

Description As a member of Apple's IP Litigation case management team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will be directly engaged in formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients on content, AI/ML, and non-patent IP litigation matters across the globe and a wide range of novel copyright, trademark, design rights, and right of publicity issues. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment and a trial-focused approach. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of major law firm and/or in-house content (media and entertainment), AI/ML, and non-patent IP litigation experience, including litigating copyright, trademark, design rights, and right of publicity claims.JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.Key Qualifications

AI/ML and generative AI counseling experience a plus.Music licensing experience a plus.Content and rights clearance counseling experience a plus.Strong technology interest and aptitude.Preference given to candidates who have significant trial and/or arbitration experience.Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
