Job Summary This position is part of a team focused on the successful development and execution of brand experiences for Harley-Davidson consumers. The Harley-Davidson Experiential Marketing Team delivers numerous world-class experiences across the U.S. throughout the year for riders and non-riders, and this leadership position plays a crucial role. As the Experiential Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing annual planning, budgeting, KPI tracking, logistical and operational aspects of experiential marketing programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and optimization of immersive brand experiences. Job Responsibilities Annual Planning: Lead development of overarching plans, including experiential strategy, KPIs, budget development, assets, and logistical needs. Oversee Company Owned Vehicle fleet needs, selection, ordering and management. Liaison with product marketing to understand key products and messages, secure products (including company-owned vehicle fleet, parts and accessories, and apparel), and drive integration into experiential plans. Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing. Generate reports and presentations to communicate plans as well as results and insights to stakeholders. Operations: Capital asset planning from creation and deployment to maintenance and retirement.
