This position requires a comprehensive understanding of Hispanic and General Market creative strategy planning, implementation, and evaluation for multi-market and national campaigns as well as paid media efforts for traditional and digital/social channels.Primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Concepting & ScriptwritingLead, create, manage, and review creative work for paid traditional and digital/social media in English & Spanish;Collaborate with Media Team to design creative testing to scale and derive insights of what is working and what isn't;Collaborate with Creative Strategist to pitch paid content for experimentation that results in improvement of cost per lead;Build and manage freelance creative team (Walker Creative Partners) and streamline process for effective output;Collaborate with in-house Organic Team to ensure communication and brand standards are consistent across all channels;Engage in team building to foster creativity and collaboration.English & Spanish CopywriterWrite original content, adaptions and/or translate.Oversee the Execution of CreativeCollaborate with in-house Producers and Editors to create, produce and finalize content;Attend Shoots & Production MeetingsGenerate new innovative ideas for testing;Brand & Legal ComplianceEnsure communication and brand standards are consistent across all channels.Work with legal on ad compliance.Creative InnovationResearch, evaluate and institute new practices and ideas based on evolution of content creation and distribution.Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keeping up to date with the latest advertising techniques.QualificationsBachelor's degree within a relevant field;5+ Years in a Management role;Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages;Flexibility, creative problem solving and attention to detail are a must;Strategic thinker who is able to develop creative concepts and vision that support business goals;Innovative individual that is always looking to explore new ideas;Agile individual that is able to adapt to changing needs and priorities, and is able to pivot easily to achieve goals and deadlines;Experience working with personalization of creative across demographics and A/B testing, and optimization towards lead generation;Highly collaborative, a standout colleague, and values establishing relationships;Expertise in various media environments and creative best practices, with emphasis on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta and future shows a track record of adapting to new channelsStrong critical thinking, project management and organizational skillsCandidates are highly encouraged to submit creative samples along with their resume.
