ResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking qualified and motivated Publications and Graphics Artist Specialists to join our team as Part Time On Call (PTOC) resources. These positions will support the Defensive Cyber Operations Operating Unit in the development of materials in response to request for proposals.
Support the Cyber Operations Operating Unit proposal team in the development of required documentation (Technical response, graphics, etc.) for submission. Reviews, analyses, proposal documents to ensure all document submission requirements are met.
Adheres to schedule guidelines. Develops final documents from drafts. Evaluates documentation for quality, relevancy, accuracy and submission requirements.

Evaluate proposal document submission requirements
Review proposal team’s draft documents
Re-write, edit, format, drafts to support color team reviews
Develop graphics from proposal team’s input
Schedule document review meetings
Attend required proposal development meetings
Respond to proposal teams requests
Review drafts of finished documents to ensure proper spelling and / or appropriate grammatical usage
Review final products to ensure they meet quality, proposal submission requirements (format, typeface, page limit, etc.)
Provide guidance to other support staff
Answer questions relating to the development of proposal submission documentation
Gather, compile and report on information relevant to assigned tasks
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
Use Microsoft software applications to compile and generate documentation, reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
High School diploma and a minimum 3 years experience
Proposal submission documentation
Reviewing written documentation for submission requirements
Reviewing developed products for grammatical, structural accuracy and compliance
Developing final products from technical teams’ draft submissions
Supporting proposal color team reviews
Meeting critical and short deadline requirements
Supporting proposal teams (capture manager, program manager, technical SMEs, etc.)
Scheduling and leading documentation reviews
Creating compliant graphics from drafts submitted by technical SMEs
Microsoft Office products (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat Professional
Preparing draft documents for technical review
Tracking deliverables and suspense dates
Supporting proposal, technical and development meetings
Preparing reports for proposal team
U.S. Citizenship required
Active Top Secret / SCI Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. May also consider High School diploma with additional experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum 3 years technical support to proposals and international programs
Minimum of 10 years experience supporting government proposals submissions
Advanced technical writing experience

Target Salary Range
$51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
