Temp Packaging Designer.Salary/Hourly Rate:$30/hr - $38/hr Depending on experiencePosition Overview:We are looking for a Temp Packaging Designer who is enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment to join our client's team.Responsibilities of the Temp Packaging Designer:
Daily communication with overseas partners to deliver, edit, and approve all aspects of packaging.
Responsible for creating, designing, and maintaining new labels and internal brands.
Approve all photo directions for the company’s product.
Responsible for conceptualizing specific packaging presentations for customers.
Strong understanding of the retail landscape via comp shopping for new trends and materials and how they translate to packaging.
Responsible for maintaining all inspirational samples/ideas (physical and digital).
Qualifications for the Temp Packaging Designer:
Must be proficient in Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
6 years plus experience in packaging in either Women’s Cold Weather Accessories or Jewelry.
Strong communication skills.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required.
