As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will help develop leads for our sales and recruiting teams.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market research on industry trends and reach out to prospective clientsSchedule meetings and coordinate calls for the sales and recruitment team.Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.Assist with managing and organizing CRM & ATS (Hubspot & Loxo)Source candidates utilizing a variety of sourcing methods including Indeed, ATS database, LinkedIn Recruiter and other passive recruiting techniques.Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance.QUALIFICATIONS1+ yrs. Inside sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or recruiting related experience or recent college grad.College grads with limited work experience will be consideredExcellent communication and organizational skillsStrong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one timeExcellent computer, social media and internet search skillsExperience working in a very fast-paced environmentBA/BSWe offer: competitive compensation, full-benefits (medical, dental), paid vacation, PTO/Holiday and most of all a fun, professional work environment with business casual dress.
