Director, Digital MarketingDepartment: Big Machine Records MarketingReports to: Kris Lamb - GM, Big Machine RecordsLocation: Nashville, TN, HybridSchedule: M-F, 9am-6pm, Occasional nights/weekendsFull-Time | Salary | ExemptAbout Big Machine Label Group:Led by Founder, President and CEO Scott Borchetta, the Big Machine Label Group encompasses Big Machine Records, The Valory Music Co., NHRE, Big Machine Rock, and publishing company Big Machine Music as well as its own digital radio station, Big Machine Radio.Job Summary:The Director of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance the online presence and engagement of Big Machine Label Group's artists and brands. This role involves managing social media channels, digital content creation, and online advertising campaigns. This individual must be a creative thinker, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with artists, management teams, and internal departments.Essential Job Functions:Collaborate with artist teams and outside marketing vendors & agencies to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the artists overall marketing objectives.Identify and leverage emerging digital platforms and technologies to enhance artist visibility and engagement and curate engaging content.Manage and grow the labels and artists' social media presence across platforms including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, ensuring content is on-brand, relevant, and optimized for each platform.Identify and collaborate with influencers and other digital partners to expand the label's reach, tracking the performance of these collaborations.Monitor audience engagement, analyze social media performance metrics, and make data-driven adjustments as needed.Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns, including paid social media, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on digital marketing performance, audience insights, and ROI.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the digital landscape.Work closely with internal departments, including, but not limited to, A&R, public relations, and creative, to ensure cohesive digital strategies and messaging.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
