As a Wallpaper Designer," you'll play a pivotal role in shaping interior aesthetics through captivating wallcoverings. By collaborating with their design team, you'll develop original patterns, textures, and color schemes that resonate with clients' preferences. Your work will transform environments and enhance living and working spaces.We are seeking a talented and passionate Wallpaper Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be key in transforming spaces by designing and creating innovative and captivating wallcoverings. You will be responsible for the entire design process, from concept development to production-ready artwork, ensuring our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and commercially viable.Responsibilities:Design Development:
Create original wallpaper designs, considering color harmony, texture, scale, and visual impact.Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging materials, and design innovations.Collaboration:
Work closely with other designers, artists, and manufacturers to bring concepts to life.Product Testing:
Oversee testing and quality control of prototypes and final products.Client Interaction:
Understand client needs and translate them into unique wallpaper designs.Documentation:
Prepare detailed design specifications, including material requirements and production guidelines.Conceptualize, develop, and refine original wallpaper designs, considering color palettes, textures, patterns, scale, and overall visual impact.Create high-quality digital artwork for wallpaper designs, ensuring seamless repeatability and scalability for production.Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing and meet quality standards.Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current design trends, emerging materials, and innovative techniques within the wallcovering industry.Prepare and optimize print-ready files for sampling and production, collaborating with manufacturers to ensure accurate color reproduction and desired finishes.Maintain a well-organized digital library of design assets, including patterns, motifs, and color palettes.Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Textile Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in wallpaper design or related roles.Skills:Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD).Strong understanding of color theory, pattern development, and textile materials.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.Portfolio:
