P.F. Chang's is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive our digital transformation. This role requires a leader who can align marketing technology and operations with business goals to deliver an exceptional digital experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital media and e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives.Set and achieve goals for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Integrate digital initiatives across business units for consistent branding.Optimize e-commerce platforms to enhance user experience and conversion rates.Create targeted marketing strategies for diverse customer segments.Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.Leverage customer feedback to improve the digital customer journey.Identify and implement new technologies to enhance digital capabilities.Lead a high-performing digital marketing team and foster a culture of innovation.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.Collaborate with Brand Marketing, IT, Operations, and Finance.Advocate for digital transformation within the organization.Develop and manage the digital media and e-commerce budget.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce, with 5+ years in leadership.Proven success in digital media and e-commerce strategies.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and e-commerce platforms.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Knowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.

Pay Range : $180,000 - $200,0000
Annual Bonus Incentive : 25%
