Key Responsibilities:

The Company is looking to hire a Senior Director of Sales & Marketing to drive strategy and lead the (i) sales, (ii) creative, and (iii) digital marketing teams of the business. This role is pivotal as it is responsible for driving the strategic sales growth and overall success of the company.Take ownership and accountability for all aspects of the Marketing and Sales teams for the businessDrive sales through direct-to-consumer channels, corporate gifting, and partner websitesDevelop and execute comprehensive digital and direct mail marketing strategies to drive online, corporate, and partner sales and brand awarenessUtilize data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performanceDevelop and manage annual department budgets, including monthly and weekly budget allocationsEnsure effective utilization of department budgets to optimize return on investment (ROI) and margin delivered to the businessMonitor the performance of all marketing and sales channels, including email, paid search, SEO, affiliate, social media, direct mail and moreReallocate spending across channels as needed to maximize efficiency and effectivenessConduct reviews of site and channel performance, highlighting large orders for the Corporate Sales Team, identifying orders needing special attention or system issues, and sharing promotional plans with the Operations teamCollaborate with different departments (e.g., Finance, E-Commerce, Creative Services and Merchandising) to set the channel and site promotional calendar weeklyManage relationships with B2B and marketing agencies and platforms to align marketing and sales efforts with site and promotional plansProvide oversight of search agencies on partner websitesHire, manage, motivate, and mentor the Marketing, Sales, and Creative team members, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goalsOther Duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Experience/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roleProven track record of driving growth in a direct-to-consumer businessStrong analytical skills and experience with performance monitoring and budget managementExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience managing multiple marketing agencies and platformsExperience with e-commerce, B2B, and direct mail marketing strategies and tools
