Intelligent Shop (intelligent.shop), a burgeoning Ecommerce brand specializing in innovative self-improvement products for men such as fragrances, volumizing hair loss shampoo, and hair regrowth treatments, is seeking a dynamic Ecommerce Marketing Manager to drive growth.

This role involves overseeing various aspects of online operations and marketing strategies, including market trend analysis, enhancing brand visibility, optimizing online sales, and refining customer acquisition and retention tactics. As a pivotal member of our startup team, the Marketing Manager will have the opportunity to shape and expand our marketing department.

We are seeking a seasoned Ecommerce marketing leader with a hands-on approach, proficient in design, affiliate management, social media, and marketing analytics. This role offers significant room for growth and the chance to establish foundational processes.

Responsibilities:

Manage brand marketing budget and strategy for the entire calendar year.Strategize and manage negotiations with brand affiliates/athletes, explicitly analyzing the influencer revenue ratio.Analyze and take action on key marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, New Customer vs. Returning Customer analysis, etc.).Plan omnichannel strategies for product launches, sales/promos, etc.Produce valuable content for the company's online presence.Maintain a strong brand narrative and voice for the company, ensuring that critical messages are integrated and consistent throughout all customer/affiliate experiences.Create email marketing campaigns to promote products.Conduct general market research to keep up with trends and competitors' marketing movements.Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve ROI and engagement.Act as Intelligent Shop's agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders, and potential clients, and build strategic partnerships.Requirements and Skills:

2 - 5 years of marketing experience with a marketing or business-related bachelor's degree.Successful track record in a marketing management role.Experience with project management and creating processes and workflows.Experience in digital, content, and social media marketing. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).Eye for design.Proficiency in the Adobe Suite.Experience with Facebook ads and Google ads.Strong research skills.Ability to generate content ideas that can be reviewed and approved by the owners.Excellent communication and decision-making skills and the ability to work effectively as a "self-starter".Understanding of key marketing metrics and how to analyze and take action on them (CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, New Customer vs. Returning Customer analysis, etc.).Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.) and Google AdWords.Proficient knowledge of Intelligent Shop products.Exhibit strong researching skills to learn about products efficiently and effectively.Location:

The base salary range for this position is $80,000-110,000/year depending on experience. The total compensation package may include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
