Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented Technical Product Marketing Manager (PMM) passionate about product marketing and eager to drive our strategic business objectives forward.

The Technical Product Marketing Manager at Keap is a key player in driving our product's market success. This role centers around developing an intimate understanding of our customers, the marketplace, and how our product fits within that context. The Technical PMM will use this knowledge to influence product strategy, develop compelling marketing messages, and execute go-to-market plans for both technical and non technical audiences. By bridging the gaps between customers, the product team, technology partners, and the market, this role is instrumental in shaping the perception and adoption of our products. Ideal candidates are not just marketers, but storytellers, data enthusiasts, strategists, technically proficient and advocates for the customer.

What you’ll be doing...

GTM Strategy and Execution: Own and implement a multi-tiered GTM strategy, including segmentation, messaging, asset creation, and internal enablement, supported by KPI tracking for continuous improvement.Develop Positioning and Messaging: Articulate the unique value proposition of our products to target personas, ensuring clear communication of product benefitsFoster Keap’s Developer Community: Engage with Keap’s developer channels, creating demos, sample code, webinars, and hack-a-thons to encourage the adoption of the Keap Platform.Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that highlight product features and benefits for both technical and non-technical audiences.Persona Development: Deeply understand customer needs and behaviors through thorough research, aiding in the creation of detailed personas.Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to inform product strategy and positioning.Sales Enablement: Create materials and tools to support the sales team in conveying product benefits.Product Release and Adoption: Proficient in coordinating product releases, emphasizing customer and partner communications, and leveraging analytics to inform future actions and strategies for adoption.Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure project goals are met efficiently and teams effectively understand and can communicate the benefits of key features.Creates assets, messaging, and GTM strategies that increase leads and conversion with Keaps ICP, improves sales win rates and time to close, meets adoption rates of the Keap API and SDKs with the developer community, meets adoption rates and goals for Rich's product family, increase participation from the developer community building third party products that enhance the adoption of Keaps platform, % of participation from developing partners in hack-a-thons and other contests.

Additional Required Skills:Solid foundation in product marketing principles, with a keen interest in positioning, storytelling, and launch strategy.Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business models, especially CRMs, and experience with small business markets.Equally understanding and comfortable to work with SDKs and building on third-party APIsAnalytical mindset with strong business acumen, capable of deriving insights from data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams.Proven time management, content writing, problem-solving, and presentation skills.Certifications or equivalent hands-on technical experience related to developmentAbility to travel up to 10% of the time annually.Who you are:
