The Graphic Design position requires a candidate that lives in Adobe Creative Suite. Whether printed or digitally, this visual storyteller strategically considers style guides, brand intent and translates information into beautiful event signage, presentations, pitch decks and other artwork for event marketing and production purposes. By collaborating with other team members, the graphic designer is able to produces internal/external visual communications and graphics assets across a variety of digital and printed outputs. The main function of this position will be the creation of 2D graphics to support event signage/graphics and presentations. The core project focus will be Program Management support across Legacy projects including NFL, NCAA, PGA

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and produce both digital and printed graphics and assets such as way finders, large format banners, etc.Post-production enhancements on renders, presentations and other graphicsAbility to design and compose visual and narrative information into consistent, meaningful and communicative presentations and graphics assetsCreate graphic presentation decks for approvals, print files for vendors, review proofs and be involved in all steps from start to finish to produce event graphics as neededFamiliarity and adherence to brand and style guidelines across all forms of internal and external outputAbility to collaborate with other team members, work independently and prioritize tasksCan clearly communicate visual information and rationale behind design choices and applications as neededOther Duties & Responsibilities

Follow administrative procedures for timesheets, time off requests, and other HR needsKeep up to date with any deliverables the Project Management team needs for billing purposes

Travel:

Must be adaptable with work and travel schedule and be available to travel for work which may include extended work hours during nights, weekends, and holidays. This position may require up to 10% travel.
