Director of Sales & Marketing

Agency Software is looking for an accomplished sales leader and manager to join the team. You will have the opportunity to help build out our department and influence customers and clients alike from a sales and business development perspective. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, has a proven record of sales success, and believes in improving the customer experience.As the Director of Sales for Agency Software you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and success of an experienced sales team.Key Responsibilities:Craft and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track progress and ensure a robust sales pipeline.Inspire and lead a seasoned sales team through hands-on leadership, mentorship and coordinated engagements.Build and implement marketing strategies, including SEO, lead sources and strategic territoryConduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.Foster strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders and other departments to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Emulate a best practice culture that includes experimentation and successive strategies.Travel (participation in trade shows, occasional weeks onsite, Harris events)Qualifications:Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role.Strong track record of building and managing successful sales pipelines and metrics.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate a team.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A collaborative and inclusive work environment.
