Meta is looking for a marketing manager to join the Global Marcomms team within Business Messaging Marketing. Meta Business Messaging is a fast-growing business enabling 1 billion people to message with businesses each week using WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram Direct. Marketing Manager, Business Messaging Responsibilities:

Lead global marketing initiatives to grow Business Messaging adoption and usage, ranging from in-person events and webinars to thought leadership studies. Collaborate with and influence a diverse set of cross-functional partners, including Product, International Marketing, Scaled Channels, Decision Science, Sales, Comms, and external agencies.

Develop audience-first, solutions-focused narratives, key messaging, and content that effectively position product features such as generative AI, while advancing the broader Business Messaging value proposition and benefits. Serve as the marketing and audience expert in translating product value propositions into external-facing messages that resonate with target audiences, and enable Sales with relevant content to drive client adoption.

Support product go-to-market by determining the appropriate marketing mix based on product goals, and drive integrated marketing execution across channels, enrolling key stakeholders and channel owners to achieve your objectives. Operate with a test-and-learn, data-driven mindset, continuously seeking ways to optimize marketing execution as well as process.

Develop marketing plans for your assigned scope, considering business, product, and market priorities to maximize impact in a dynamic environment. Be comfortable navigating ambiguity with changing business needs and priorities, and remain flexible in adapting plans, as needed.

Partner with Brand Strategy to strengthen and drive internal adoption of Business Messaging brand foundations, including messaging frameworks, brand architecture, and brand identity systems. Lead by example and be an advocate of applying foundations across all marcomms work.

Minimum Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in marketing

Marcomms, integrated marketing, and/or product marketing experience

B2B and/or SaaS marketing experience at a technology company

Global marketing experience

AI/Generative AI experience

Cross-functional leadership and collaboration across a broad range of functions, including Product, Marketing, Comms, Legal, Insights, Decision Science, Sales, and external agencies

Copywriting skills and an eye for design across channels and asset types

Project management expertise, attention to detail, and experience anticipating issues and proactively resolve, develop contingency plans, or pivot if needed

Analytically-oriented to optimize for impact and able to develop compelling, data-backed business cases

Understanding of brand foundations such as brand architecture, messaging frameworks, and brand identity systems

Demonstrated communication skills

Experience working independently, multi-tasking, and managing one’s time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Public Compensation:

$122,000/year to $176,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
