We are seeking a

Graphic Specialist

to join our Moving I-4 Forward team in

Orlando, FL

to oversee all design elements of the Moving I-4 Forward effort, ensuring brand cohesion. As the largest transportation program in Florida, the Moving I-4 Forward initiative is not only poised to transform a critical corridor in the Sunshine State but to also reshape the transportation industry's approach to delivery. Whether innovating new ways to collaborate with industry partners or investing in workforce development, Moving I-4 Forward is boldly leading the way for Florida's transportation future. By joining our team, you, too, can lead the evolution on an industry. This position will work with an interdisciplinary group of professionals out of client offices in Celebration, FL (hybrid).

How will you contribute to the team?Oversee a range of tasks focused on creating visually appealing brand-specific communications collateral to ensure brand cohesion across all design pieces.Design branded material for internal and external use ranging from flyers, banners, presentations, print campaigns, digital campaigns, social media graphics, and other visual elements.Develop designs with appropriate colors, fonts, and layout selections that align with the brand's identity and objectives.Ensure all materials are print ready or platform ready with the proper document settings. This includes double checking that all documents are using the proper trim and bleed settings as well as the proper color code settings for their applied use.Collaborate with content creators to ensure that text, images, and multimedia are consistent and cohesive across each of our social media, print, and website platforms.Implement design elements that enhance user engagement.Adhere to timelines and budgets while delivering high-quality design work.Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Continuously improve skills through training, workshops, and professional development.Performs other such duties as supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.What will you contribute?

B.A., A.S., or A.A in Art, Graphic Design, or other related discipline. Non-degreed practitioners must demonstrate at least three years of direct experience in lieu of degree.Documented experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign with the ability to work with existing designers' work files.Ability to integrate designs across platforms as needed. Build designs in user-friendly platforms including but not limited to PowerPoint, Publisher, and Microsoft Word.Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.Ability to evaluate new and evolving design trends.Knowledge and understanding of internet operations and functionality with the ability to create designs for the web developers as needed.Knowledge of social media trends and campaigns.Solid understanding of print design, trims, bleeds, CMYK color usage, content presentation, usability best practices, and standard print sizes.Ability to respond quickly to company and client needs.Flexibility and outstanding work ethic.All DESIGNERS MUST SUBMIT CURRENT PORTFOLIO OF RELEVANT DESIGN WORK IN ADDITION TO THEIR RESUME FOR CONSIDERATION.What we offer at AtkinsRéalis:
