Motion/Visual Designer

Primary Skills Required:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a creative agency, an in-house team, or editorial environment
Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing. Experience with illustrations and animation is a plus
A portfolio showcasing your work (please include the link on your resume)
Proven experience working on various projects such as storyboards, narratives, advertising campaigns, product, and branding projects
Proficiency in visual storytelling using After Effects and Final Cut Pro
Secondary Skills (Nice to Haves):
Motion design
Graphic design
Video editing
Job Description: The successful candidate will contribute to the overall design process through concept, design development, and delivery of compelling visuals that will resonate with an external global audience. They should be an expert in their craft and highly skilled in working with a team of visual artists to deliver exceptional work. The ability to adapt to various creative styles and mediums is essential.
Duties:
Execute on adding thoughtful animation to projects and concepts
Work in a highly collaborative environment with a small team including Designers, Project Managers, Marketing managers, and cross-channel partners
Experiment with different creative techniques and tools to mock-up and prototype ideas quickly
Produce strong conceptual animations that are engaging and unique
Generate ideas, inspire teammates, give and receive feedback, and critique respectfully
Able to meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Strong motion design skills focused on text animation
Proficiency in Figma
Strong design eye with a B2B focus
Work examples including Emails, one-pagers, and landing pages are a plus
