If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Prime Video team as a Senior Product Manager Technical.In this role, you will serve as a strategic execution partner, working in lockstep with our product and design leaders to shepherd key projects from ideation to launch. Leveraging your business acumen and analytical prowess, you will define project scope, gather requirements, identify critical resources, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure timely, successful delivery.Skilled at navigating ambiguity and managing competing priorities, you will assess risks, measure progress, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management to keep initiatives on track. Equally important, you will balance business needs with technical constraints, applying your deep understanding of both the "what" and the "how" to develop pragmatic, customer backwards solutions.Key job responsibilities- Enhance and streamline Prime Video's product prioritization processes through data-driven decision-making and programmatic support- Spearhead the centralized management of product and design resources, ensuring seamless coordination and increased efficiency across teams- Serve as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, translating high-level priorities into actionable initiatives that galvanize cross-functional engagement and alignment.- Forge seamless connections between leadership and the organization to increase innovation and collaborationAbout the teamJoin the core product and design team at Prime Video & Studios (PVS) - the driving force behind the world's premier video entertainment destination for PV customers. As part of this team, you will require to work closely with both engineering and product leadership at PVS to establish new mechanisms and strategies to make data-driven decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about redefining the future of streaming entertainment, we want you on our team.Basic qualifications- 6+ years of technical product or program management experience- 4+ years of end to end product delivery experience- Bachelor's degree- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition- Experience managing technical products or online services- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planningPreferred qualification - Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools- Experience in technical product management, program management or engineeringAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
