ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Marketing Outreach Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage various communication channels and ensure prompt and effective engagement with potential clients. This role will be responsible for maintaining our brand's reputation and driving growth through effective lead generation and engagement strategies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Email Management:

Responding to all lead emails coming in, ensuring timely and professional communication. The role involves managing, cleaning up, and maintaining a database of lead emails to streamline our outreach efforts. Implement and follow best practices for email management to enhance efficiency and lead conversion rates.Social Media Engagement:

Monitoring and replying to comments and messages on our social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, using pre-approved response templates to maintain consistency and professionalism. Engage with followers to foster a positive online community.Client Follow-Up:

Confirm interest from email leads through personalized follow-up emails and sales-type calls. Utilize a systematic approach to track and manage follow-up interactions, ensuring no lead is overlooked. Work closely with the sales team to transition interested leads smoothly into the sales pipeline.Lead Nurturing and Conversion:

Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel, utilizing various communication channels. Analyze lead interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improving lead engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation and nurturing processes based on performance metrics.Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on key metrics related to lead management and engagement activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the effectiveness of our outreach efforts. Regularly update the team on the status of lead engagement and follow-up activities.Time and Attendance:

Consistent time and attendance are crucial for operational efficiency and team collaboration.Cross-functional collaboration:

Proactively collaborate with the sales, quality assurance, and marketing departments to align strategies and ensure seamless communication. Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to share insights, address challenges, and develop coordinated plans. Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that reputation management processes meet the highest standards and comply with company policies.Professionalism:

Previous experience in a marketing, sales, or customer service role is preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) for business purposes.Basic knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM systems.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proactive and willing to take initiative.Customer-focused with a positive and professional demeanor.High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.We understand potential comes in many forms. PAY RANGE:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour

The above-range represents TaxRise's current good-faith pay scale for this role. TaxRise reserves the right to modify or update this range at any time.
