Senior Product Designer

to join our

Product department . As the

Senior Product Designer,

you will play a crucial role in shaping the design strategy and execution across various applications including web and mobile. This includes creating intuitive user interfaces, developing a cohesive design system, and ensuring an outstanding user experience. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring innovative and user-centered design solutions to life. The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who can lead processes, understand the product vision, and execute clean impactful designs that drive our mission forward.What You'll Be Doing:

Lead the creation and maintenance of a robust design system for Autura applications, ensuring visual and functional consistency across all platforms.Conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences for Autura apps.Develop detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to illustrate design concepts and workflows.Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Autura web and mobile applications, focusing on user-centered design principles.Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into compelling design solutions.Implement and manage user testing sessions, gather and analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve usability and satisfaction.Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including style guides, design specifications, and component libraries.Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards, providing an inclusive experience for all users.Conduct design quality assurance reviews to ensure the final product aligns with the original design vision and user experience goals.About You:
