Come and join us!Job DetailsAs the first Marketing Leader at Machina Labs, you will be responsible for driving our brand-building efforts and creating impactful marketing collateral and messaging. You will support our sales teams by overcoming messaging roadblocks and implementing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target specific customer groups. Your expertise in developing and positioning programs as comprehensive solutions, beyond just products, will be crucial in addressing the nuanced needs of our diverse customer base in sectors including automotive, composite manufacturing, aero-defense, and federal markets.

Brand Building:

Lead the creation and management of marketing collateral and messaging to establish and enhance the Machina Labs brand.Support Sales Teams:

Collaborate with sales teams to overcome messaging challenges and support their efforts in engaging potential customers.Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

Develop and implement ABM strategies targeting small, specific customer groups to maximize engagement and conversion.Program Development:

Create and position programs as solutions that address customer needs, going beyond just product offerings.Customer Persona Understanding:

Address the nuanced needs of different customer personas in various sectors, including automotive, composite manufacturing, aerodefense, and federal markets.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another relevant fieldProven experience in brand building and creating effective marketing collateral.Expertise in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) with a focus on specific, high-value targets (Ideally focused on the Federal Government and DoD)Capability to develop detailed marketing strategies tailored to different customer segments and industries.Deep understanding of the aero-defense and federal sectors, particularly in marketing complex technical products.Strong mediation and communication skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and sales teams.Knowledge of buyer personas and pain points across different industries.Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
