Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.About the role: The Manager, Brand Marketer will lead the definition and execution of marketing tactics in partnership with the cross-functional team and ensure achievement of key business objectives for a growth brand in the U.S. Hematology portfolio. You will report to Senior Director, Head of Marketing - HEM.How you will contribute:

Contribute to the annual brand plan and tactical plan definition. Manage tactical planning for provider facing tactics and develop branded and unbranded tactics in alignment with brand strategy that grow HCP awareness, consideration and prescribing of Takeda products. Manage collaboration internally with the promotional review team for review and approval of these tactics.Be the Takeda lead with external agencies to provide strong organization and management of projects, and processes to ensure that programs are consistently delivered on time, with high quality and appropriate linkages with other Takeda programs/systems.Partner with Sales Leadership, Commercial Learning & Development, and Analytics teams to develop personal selling solutions that optimize the capabilities and resources of the field team.Inform generation of relevant and actionable insights that highlight the emergent needs of patients and providers in partnership with Professional Engagement and Business Insights teams.Collaborate with Patient, Channel and Digital marketing counterparts to ensure that branded promotions across channels and audiences work synergistically to support brand goals.Innovate with programs and communications that help prescribers understand the needs of and engage with patients starting and staying on the brand.Ensure all provider resources and programming are in alignment with Takeda Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements.Own and manage annual promotional budget for all provider facing tactics.Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

7+ years relevant work experience required, 2-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience (direct or agency) preferredBachelor’s degree required; MBA experience preferredClient services experience at a creative agency welcomedSelf-motivated/self-starter to drive ideation and execution of key tacticsAbility to navigate ambiguity with a positive can-do attitude and problem solving-skillsTrack record of strong project management and results orientation, including budget managementManage and navigate through the promotional review process preferredMust understand the role of other functional areas and partner with them to develop the best solutionsStrong communication skills, including presenting concepts and ideas in a clear, concise, and organized mannerDemonstrated ability to use data, analytics, and insights to identify key business drivers.Demonstrated ability to set priorities, develop and manage multiple projects.Travel ~20%, meetings and conferences as neededMore about us: At Takeda, we are transforming patient care through the development of novel specialty pharmaceuticals and best in class patient support programs.
