As a Product Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and drive market growth through demand generation efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, conduct market research, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Your responsibilities will include creating product messaging and positioning, developing marketing collateral, analyzing campaign performance, and driving demand generation activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our product's success by shaping our product's image, driving customer acquisition, ensuring market competitiveness, generating qualified leads, and driving pipeline growth.

You will report directly to our Marketing Director, and you will work out of either Atlanta, Mason, OH, Charlotte, NC or Houston, TX locations on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by driving effective marketing strategies, increasing product awareness, maximizing revenue growth, and generating qualified leads through demand generation efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products and drive market growth through demand generation efforts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns

Create product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product value proposition

Develop marketing collateral, including product brochures, datasheets, and presentations

Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

Drive demand generation activities, including lead generation campaigns, webinars, events, and content marketing

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities

Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and enable effective product launches.

YOU MUST HAVE

5+ years in product marketing or related roles, with a focus on demand generation.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Passion for marketing and product promotion

Proven track record of driving product growth and market share through demand generation efforts

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to think creatively and innovatively

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business / engineering or related field, MBA preferred

Experience working in remote teams in various time zones

Material Handling industry experience
