We are currently seeking a Medical Director to join our client's team in

Anchorage, Alaska.

As the Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and direction to the organization. You will collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies that promote high-quality patient care and operational excellence.

All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Location: Anchorage, AKResponsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and strategic direction to the organizationCollaborate with the team to develop and implement clinical strategies and initiativesEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and best practicesSupervise and mentor medical staff, including physicians and other healthcare professionalsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomesRepresent the organization in professional and community eventsMinimum Requirements:Valid Alaska state licenses for physicians or nurse practitioners with the appropriate medical degree are required.Certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology is required.5 years experience in psychiatric prescribing and the provision of mental health services2 years of documented experience providing specialty addiction treatment3 years of administrative management/clinical supervisory experience in behavioral health and/or residential and outpatient substance useCPR certificationObtain Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) approval within 3 years of application within the State of AlaskaProven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organizationStrong understanding of healthcare regulations and quality improvement processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse stakeholdersWillingness to relocate to Anchorage, AlaskaCompensation and Benefits:Salary: $200k-$250k6.5 weeks Paid Time OffHealth Insurance401kDental and Vision CoverageLife, Critical Illness, and Accident InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability CoverageFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Employee Assistance ProgramsEqual Employment Opportunity and Non-Discrimination PolicyBoth Keller Executive Search and our clients are Equal Opportunity Employers.
