Your executive presence and willingness to learn enables you to build credibility and critical relationships quickly. This role also requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital channels, trends, and technologies in the wireless phone industry.Developing a commerce infrastructure strategy for scalability on demand and stability with a goal of near zero downtime.Leading a team and overseeing the review, creation, publishing, and maintenance of content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or any other CMSs/technology, ensuring adherence to established guidelines for smooth, high converting user experiences and visual consistency.Creating a highly engaging digital user experience in Web and App across all Value Brands to achieve our sales targets by understanding and balancing the needs of the business and targeted digital audiences.Partnering with cross functional teams during the development and implementation of key digital solutions that cross multiple brand ordering flows.Performing root cause analysis, diagnosing and correlating all necessary information to determine the appropriate course of action, and escalating unresolved issues.Scheduling, testing, and deploying regular fixes, patches and upgrades of WebSphere Commerce components and WebSphere based solutions to multiple environments.Conducting regular audits of content to ensure accuracy, relevance and performance.Executing tag management repeatable process across brands from consistent approach Value Reporting.Partnering with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Experience, Legal, Compliance, Vendors and Agencies) teams to maximize channel performance.Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital content creation.Proactively anticipating and working towards implementing team processes to mitigate risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.Ensuring the team has the resources and skills to troubleshoot any technical issues within the Adobe Experience Manager platform.Communicating effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Implementing SEO best practices to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.Where you'll be working...In this role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days (in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).What we're looking for...You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.Six or more years of relevant work experience.Experience with content management, ecommerce, pricing/promotions, website design as a product owner.Experience managing front end and back end digital journeys for ecommerce transactions in an agile environment.Technical knowledge in website infrastructure.Even better if you have one or more of the following:Data driven with ability to analyze, understand and decipher insights from available analytics.Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems across the digital ecosystem.Executive communication skills; written, oral and presentation to tell an impactful story.Leading teams in relevant experience roles.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.If Verizon and this role sound like a fit for you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every "even better" qualification listed above.Scheduled Weekly Hours
