The successful candidate will inspire and lead a team of marketing professionals to develop and implement innovative strategies that drive value across the end-to-end buyer’s journey, build long-term brand affinity, generate net new revenue, accelerate customer acquisition and retention and achieve overall business growth goals.The ideal candidate is a transformative leader with a proven track record of building predictable and repeatable processes to generate quality pipeline and scaling B2B marketing efforts in fast-paced, high-growth marketing and SaaS/PaaS environments. This key leadership role demands an individual with a strategic mindset, a track record of nurturing high-performing teams, championing marketing innovation, driving impactful outcomes, and overseeing the North America marketing and sales development pipeline.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy for North America, aligned with AMCS’s overall business objectives.

Identify key growth opportunities and channels, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence bold, resonating messaging and content in support of demand generation programs and ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies.

Align tightly with North America sales to continually improve pipeline quality

Market and Competitive Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Use market insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage

Team Leadership and Development:Drive transformative change within the GTM strategy for increased ROI and efficiency

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth marketing team.

Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the marketing department.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:Drive customer acquisition through various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, ABM, partnerships, and events.

Develop and implement retention strategies to increase customer lifetime value and loyalty.

Performance Analysis and Optimization:Work across marketing teams to measure performance against KPI’s and deliver insights that drive optimization and change

Use data and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies, ensuring maximum ROI.

Develop and manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business goals.

Create and manage the plan and budget to achieve ambitious demand generation goals, refining as necessary to achieve goals and stay within financial targets.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

15+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles, including significant experience in B2B growth marketing, performance marketing and/or integrated marketing in SaaS/PaaS.

Deep understanding of GTM and sales processes, strategies, and industry best practices.

Proven track record of driving demand generation & pipeline growth and leading successful growth marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Strong experience with marketing technology operations including marketing and sales automation, CRM, ABM and at tech, engagement platforms, performance and omni-channel marketing.

Hands-on leadership experience to balance strategy and analytics with operational excellence and execution.
