Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.We are seeking highly motivated, driven, and goal-oriented individuals to become part of our canvassing & marketing team! Previous sales/canvassing experience is a bonus, but no experience is necessary. If you are good with people, energetic, and have a positive attitude then we will teach you the necessary tools and skill sets to succeed and make more money than you thought possible.This position pays $20 hourly plus weekly bonus and commission. This is a full-time position, with growth opportunities available!Responsibilities:
Report to our office in Cranford dailyTravel with the team to assigned neighborhoods within our New Jersey territoryUnderstand our products and services to educate our potential customersApproaching homeowners and speaking with them about their window and patio doorsSetting appointments for our professional sales representatives to provide demonstrationsMonday-Friday, with Saturday shifts on occasionWhat we are looking for:
Professional, outgoing & friendly personality with a strong work ethicWilling to walk neighborhoods, work independently, while being a part of a great teamAssertive, self-motivated with strong negotiation skills and results-orientedPrevious experience in sales, canvassing, or other related fields is a PLUS, but not necessary!Positive attitude through rejectionWhat we offer:
$20 Hourly Wage + Generous Weekly Bonus program (Average reps earning $60,000-$80,000 annually)Full insurance package, including medical, dental, vision, and life401(K) programPTO, paid holidays, and a student loan repayment programCompany Apparel and Paid trainingMust be:
