Senior Manager, Event Marketing

to join our growing Corporate Events team. Our Events team plans, executes, and owns a wide range of in-person events, including small- and large-scale industry conferences as well as bespoke activations and proprietary events. This role will report to the Senior Director of Event Strategy and work closely with multiple internal teams with a strong focus on collaboration with sales and marketing teams.The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a project management mindset and an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to lead and/or support the creation of high-touch experiences that engage prospective customers and elevate our brand.What you’ll do:Own the end-to-end management and execution of industry conference sponsorships and stand-alone activations for key Epsilon verticals.Leverage superior project management, organization, and communication skills to ensure seamless execution across all events.Partner with internal marketing teams to develop bold event strategies and creative activations that generate pipeline and revenue with a key focus on ROI.Create and implement strategies (pre-, post- and during events) to drive lead generation and engagement across events.Audit both contracted and new events against strategic criteria to determine audience fit, identify potential new opportunities, and collaborate with key sales and/or product stakeholders on best events.Set goals and track key performance metrics related to event success, such as on-site meetings/engagements, lead generation, post-event follow-up and ROI.Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and collaborate closely to build consensus, align on goals, develop cohesive strategy, and execute on deliverables deadlines.Manage ongoing vendor and event partner relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, contract management, and invoice/payment.Additional responsibilities as assigned.About you:Able to do your best work in a team setting and autonomously.Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Proud to share in team’s success.Wants to grow a career with a great company.What you’ll bring:6+ years of experience managing industry conferences and/or bespoke events, both large and small scale, in B2B technology and/or event production agency industry.Experience collaborating with sales and other cross-functional teams as well as leadership on event strategy and execution.Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, project management, problem solving, and attention to detail.Proven record of leading complete events or diverse work streams from initial objective setting through development, execution, and measurement.Ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders efficiently and effectively.Time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Nice to have: experience with Salesforce, Splash and Workfront.Willingness to travel to events as needed (20%).Epsilon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
