1st ShiftIn support of Kidney Co IT separation from clientWork prioritized for processes required either created or improved by Day 1 separationKidney Co IT has a list of prioritized processes and process owners128 processes in scope for phase 1Either collect, advise, or create documentation and include in a IT Process RepositoryEngage with IT process owners to document processes, including 1) process flows diagrams 2) RACI charts and 3) any glossary definitions.IT process owners will have varying degrees of process development skills. Several scenarios may exist:Facilitate process workflow sessionsConsultation on how to create process flow, Raci documentsConsultation on existing process (not expected to be an expert in IT only process level thinking)Consultation with process owners to identify areas for improvementCollection and placing of deliverables in a central process repositoryAssist teams in process gap analysisAdvise in any change management recommendations / thought leadership for Day 1 readinessCollaborate with management to identify areas for continuous improvement
