This role will be responsible for driving the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging for Lyft's suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the market, competitive landscape, and the needs of our customers—both riders and drivers. They will be able to translate these insights into compelling marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.Responsibilities:

Mentor and develop a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.Lead the product marketing team in creating compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences, particularly our riders and drivers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Growth, and Communications to ensure alignment and drive successful product launches.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Lyft's products, customers, and market dynamics.Drive customer engagement and adoption through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing efforts, and continuously optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.Experience:

14+ years of product marketing experience; consumer-facing product marketing experience required.Extensive experience leading product marketing teams within consumer technology companies. Scale company experience required, challenger brand company exposure also highly preferred.Partners with VP and C-level executives in driving business decision-making and product road mapping.Well-versed in interpreting a company’s mission and priorities into a strategic and tactical Product Marketing plan.Combines both internal user data and consumer insights to help map the product experience.Works seamlessly across departments to ensure the best outcome for the business.Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options.Family building benefits.In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have unlimited paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off.401(k) plan to help save for your future.18 weeks of paid parental leave. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #HybridThe expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $230,000 - $280,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
