Senior Product Manager

to join the Search Ads team and develop the next generation of online advertising products. This role will focus on expanding various ad programs on search. These programs sit on the cutting edge of search and advertising and drove over $1B in advertising dollars in 2023. We want to grow by reshaping the ecommerce advertising landscape for eBay’s sellers, and you will advance this mission by building products which influence every experience that our consumers have with sponsored listings on search.The Search Ads business line is a high priority investment that provides an opportunity for you to drive the strategy and make a big impact! You will excel in influencing the long-term product strategy and relentlessly driving the strategy in close collaboration with data science, engineering, and analytics teams. This is a highly visible role, and you will work closely with various cross functional teams within search and ads.If you are passionate about Product Management and excited by the scale and technical complexity of e-commerce search and advertising, come join us!What you will accomplish:

You will own product strategy and roadmap for several initiatives within Search Ads.Prioritize product requirements based on data driven opportunity analysis to build a detailed roadmap. Communicate the roadmap and success metrics to different teams.You will be responsible for the execution of your roadmap by working with data science, engineering, and analytics teams. Build MVPs, iterate fast and be the champion of execution excellence.Conduct AB tests for launch candidates and work with analytics teams to measure the impact on success metrics.Balance the often-conflicting needs of buyers and sellers to grow the advertising business sustainably in the long-term.What you will bring:

5+ years of strong product management experience with at least 3 years in e-commerce marketplaces and/or digital advertising.Experience in developing Cost-per-Click ad products strongly preferred.Metrics driven - ability to build actionable metrics which can measure product performance.Relentless execution - ability to ship quality products in a fast paced and iterative manner.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below: $149,200 - $234,850.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
