Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and digital content.Manage and optimize the company's online presence, including website, social media, and email marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs.Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
