The Royal Caribbean Group's Royal Caribbean International brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Lead, Brand & Product Marketing on the Marketing team reporting to the Marketing department.

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary:

The Lead, Brand and Product Marketing, defines and develops strategic positioning and marketing campaigns for key consumer products, which may include new ships/destinations, revitalized ships, guest programs, or volatile products in ever-shifting or highly competitive markets. Under the direction of the Senior Brand and Product Marketing Manager, this role provides strategic guidance about these key products to domestic and global marketing teams, to ensure a robust, consistent, fully integrated marketing effort. Key to this role is the facilitation of communication between internal stakeholders and outside vendors related to the development of strategic approach, marketing tactics, consumer messaging, visual assets including computer generated imagery of products, and other supporting campaign elements to launch new and evolving products across consumer channels. After product launch, the Lead role documents and assesses revenue performance and consumer feedback, and will continue to activate marketing teams as needed to support the product, should it be falling short of goal in any area of measurement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Leads the development of product launch campaigns, for both digital and traditional advertising channels, to introduce and support key product offerings from the brand.Collaborates with each marketing channel to evaluate and soundly guide their independent planning strategies.Ensures alignment in timing, strategy, message, audience, and extent of marketing effort to support the product campaign across all channels.Evaluates the products key markets and potential target audiences to identify marketing opportunities and messages that will resonate with the audience.Works with internal analytic and insight groups to identify areas of product opportunity or weakness early on, to proactively address these situations with effective marketing actions.Develops detailed timelines to determine the most effective time to launch or push product marketing campaigns across different channels and markets.Works with internal and external creative teams to brief the approach, and oversee the development of advertising visuals, messages, video and more assets to support product campaigns.Assesses and documents post-launch campaign performance, to determine whether further marketing actions are needed to achieve revenue goals.Develops content for campaign kickoff meetings, marketing conference calls, and other methods to inform and align partner teams on upcoming marketing plans.Ensures the accuracy of product-related information in the marketplace; works to immediately resolve misinformation or consumer confusion.Organizes related strategic documents and campaign assets on a centralized hub so all supporting marketing teams can leverage for their own communications.Facilitates the development of campaign presentations to executive leaders.Provides weekly reporting and status updates to department leadership.Performs other duties as required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field experience.Experience with print/media/digital/CGI assets.6-7+ years' experience in advertising, marketing, or creative teamMust possess excellent communication skills.Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple assignments.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plusAble to provide recommendations for streamlining processes and systems based on previous experience.
