Position Summary In this key position the Visual Supervisor is primarily responsible for every aspect of the Living Spaces Visual SOP and secondarily, in partnership with the Logistics Supervisor, for every aspect of Living Spaces Brand SOP. The ultimate goal for the Visual Supervisor is to ensure world-class showroom presentations that are current and inspire guests by delivering the best possible Brand Experience in the store. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.Complete and demonstrate competency in all Learning Spaces training modulesPartner with management to manage the learning of new hires and existing team membersPrimary responsibility for Visual Stylist trainingHave shared responsibility with the Logistics SupervisorManage team member attendance for Visual OnboardingEnsure that the store is ready to open by identifying merchandising recovery opportunities and prioritizing areas of concernManage team collaboration and execution of showroom recoveryPartner with the store leadership to include the store team in maintaining a great guest brand experience through DTLsGate-keep the visual appeal of the store to all guestsHelp to manage and execute Corporate directives such as the Style Guides, company-wide campaigns, and branded planograms, maps and assignmentsHelp to manage the product flowManage team member attendance for Visual OnboardingHelp to manage the store inventory of all productMaintain for proper staging and organization around usable warehouse spaceEnsure Visual team members engage guests on the showroom floor as neededComplete and communicate reports and photos to the Brand Manager, Corporate Partners, Regional Support, and Director of Brand as necessaryPartner with the Retail Business Manager to meet and exceed gross margin goalsAble to identify, recruit, develop and retain talent of all team membersHave ongoing talent conversations and develop leadership skills to build store "bench"Able to build and inspire store teams to achieve goals and complete standard workAble to generate energy within the store through recognition and transparent in the moment conversationsAbility to work weekends and most holidaysAble to work in a fast-paced environmentQualifications

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 5 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment required. High volume experience is preferred. Three years of supervisory experience required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have experience in Microsoft Office programs.Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.Compensation: $30.45 - $39.55
