Summary

Reporting to the VP Marketing, Communications & Advocacy, this position will function as the main point of contact for all marketing projects and community outreach. Responsible for the development of traditional and digital marketing by managing projects from inception to go-live, updating website content and overseeing all social media channels. Serve as the main point of contact for all community partnerships and development.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or public relationsAt least five years experience in a marketing or communications departmentRetail, Healthcare, and/or Brand Marketing experience with an understanding of consumer behavior and a digital-first mindsetExperience using social media applications, email marketing platforms, and website content management systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsCross-functional experience with wide-reaching peers across matrix-style organizationExperience and knowledge of best practices for traditional and digital marketing requiredPreferred Qualifications

Monitor email database health and report campaign resultsResponsible for the development of digital marketing campaigns at St. Clair and ensuring growth among digital platformsManages content calendar for website and social media channels to effectively tell the St. Clair Health storyDevelops social media and other content meet messaging goals, audience targeting, and timelinesLeads website content management, development and new page buildsManages relationships with third party vendors supplying technical expertise to the all websitesReview all collateral to ensure compliance with brand standards and consistency with messagingProduces Hospital events (e.g., Service Awards Dinner, open houses) and assists department with fundraising initiatives
