What We Offer:
Choice of two compensation models: Sliding Scale Commission or Base + Commission.
Base salary starting at $41,000.
First-year earning potential between $70,000 and $90,000, depending on experience.

Mileage reimbursement for local travel to client appointments.

A Day in the Life:
Visit the showroom or travel to in-home appointments within a 20-mile radius for account management and consultative sales.
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to explore their design needs and preferences.
Present from our range of premium draperies and window coverings, offering expert guidance to help clients achieve their vision.
Close sales with confidence and finesse.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
Manage projects from consultation to pre-installation, ensuring timelines are met.
Handle procurement and keep accurate records for each sale.
Assist with design and administrative tasks to support project completion.

Sales Enthusiast: A proven track record in sales and a deep passion for home decor.
Design Expertise: Experience in in-home design sales is required; knowledge of drapery is a plus.
Exceptional Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
