POSITION 2024-02: Marketing Director for exciting new Small Business Location: Colorado Springs, CO JOB CLASSIFICATION: Exempt employee JOB SUMMARY: Provide internal marketing support to Leadership Team. PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES: We have a marketing director positions to oversee our marketing efforts. This responsibility involves developing initial assessments and creating our Company's marketing plan and marketing strategy. Prepare initial plans and coordinate and direct marketing efforts. Conduct initial market opportunities within our Company's operating strategy to discover potential demand for our organization's services and products. OTHER PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: Develop initial marketing plan(s) Building brand awareness Compiling detailed company offerings and capabilities for marketing Developing and understand finance and expenditures and profit-loss projections Identifying the company's potential customers Creating and manage advertising campaigns SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS: 1+ year experience supporting commercial industry Experience in initiating and/or developing marketing plans Experience in providing strategic advice to Leadership team Bachelors Degree Proficient with Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Power Point) EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: BA degree SECURITY CLEARANCE: N/A POSITION IS PART-TIME In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour; however, Woolly Bugger Solutions considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location and often contractual requirements.
