The ideal candidate will push the boundaries of collaboration and communication between humans and AI systems. In this role, you'll design intuitive, trustworthy, and effective interfaces that facilitate seamless interactions between users and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our talented engineering and product team to conduct user research and develop innovative features for webAI's suite of apps. They will be passionate, collaborative, and dedicated to creating innovative design patterns within the Artificial Intelligence space.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design novel interaction paradigms for AI-human collaborationCreate user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for AI-powered interfacesDevelop guidelines for conversational AI interactions and visual feedback systemsConduct user research and synthesize results to understand human expectations and mental models of AICollaborate with AI researchers and engineers to align UX with AI capabilitiesDesign interfaces that clearly communicate AI limitations and capabilities to usersImplement and test safeguards to prevent misuse or over-reliance on AI systemsPartner with Product and Engineering teams to develop and launch features aligned with user needs and business objectives.Collaborate with the design team to create a unified, innovative set of solutions in webAI's app suite.Requirements:

4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on emerging technologiesDeep understanding of human-computer interaction principlesFamiliarity with current AI technologies, their potential, and limitationsExperience with natural language processing and conversational UI designProficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Framer)Familiarity with UX Research best practices, methodology, and tools.Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simplySkilled at balancing competing prioritiesQualifications:

Familiarity with ambient computing, digital twins, and Augmented RealityKnowledge of cognitive psychology and human decision-making processesStrong portfolio showcasing AI-human interaction design projectsBenefits:
