Reporting to the global product marketing manager, the Product Marketing Manager - Medium Tractors is responsible for the profitable growth of its product line of the assigned brands. In order to achieve this, they will develop strategic marketing plans for a product line through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement and business planning. The Regional PMM is responsible for the new product introduction process within the marketing organization. In their position, the Product Marketing Manager interacts with customers, dealers, market teams, communication, pricing, training and the global product management team. Responsibilities Cover Maxxum/T6 - Farmall 100 A/TS6 - T5AC-DC/Vestrum products Product Offering Management: select applicable offering, define frame for market standards and product packaging. Analyze take rates and rationalize offering. Build sales support and information materials for the marketing and sales department (Product Information Bulletins) Leadership in the launch process, define key messaging, positioning (4P) of the new product, coordinate marketing actions (communication, training, pricing). Manages phase in and phase out of products. Drive development and develop material for product launches (press releases, brochures, launch materials, customer presentations, videos and sales training materials). Improve sales and profitability throughout product lifecycle: follow Key Performance Indicators, identify potential for growth and define action plans.
