Key ResponsibilitiesTraining and Development: Participate in a structured apprenticeship program that includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training in technical design.PCB Design: Assist in the design and layout of printed circuit boards, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.Drafting: Learn to create and revise technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams for electromechanical systems using CAD software.Design Review: Collaborate with senior designers and engineers to review and refine designs, ensuring functionality and manufacturability.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design iterations, changes, and final specifications. Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards.Innovation and Improvement: Support continuous improvement efforts by suggesting and implementing design enhancements and optimizations.QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.
